Grammy winning guitarist and former member of the group Jamiroquai, I have also worked with Gorillaz, Sia, Ms Dynamite, Omar, Tony Allen, Afel Bocoum, Diana Ross, Barrington Levy, Spacemonkeyz, Joe, Platinum Pied Pipers, Damon Albarn, Antonio Pinto, Lana Del Rey and others.
I’m into everything from soul, funk, r’n’b, disco to punk, reggae, highlife, hip-hop and house and have a broad experience working with other musicians and producers. I’ve done the deep dive and travelled far reaches of the globe to study my craft and take my inspirations from a wide variety of artists and genres.
I try to come up with sounds and parts that serve the song whether it’s about laying in the cut or driving the groove with a hook that sits centre stage. I am equally at home coming up with riffs and counter melodies as I am exploring soundscapes as a sonic bed for your composition. I also love recording acoustic guitar and use both steel and nylon stringed vintage instruments.
An audio stream of my recording session is available in real time. Sessions are streamed at full bandwidth and can be monitored through your browser or as a plugin in your DAW.
