Cool, comfortable & home-y small-format recording studio in Astoria Queens. Producer, recording & mixing engineer, Steven Pardo has worked with Grammy-winning musicians and producers, Broadway actors, voiceover professionals, corporations, and incredible independent artists.

4D Audio Productions is an audio recording and music production company based in Astoria, Queens. Our private sound studio is conveniently located only 15-20 minutes from midtown Manhattan; very close to the Astoria-Ditmars station on the N and W lines. The studio offers 2 rooms: live and control (300 sq ft total), best-in-class equipment, acoustic isolation, and extensive acoustic treatment. Most of the space was hand-built by owner & operator Steven Pardo. It's a great space for small ensembles, vocal recording, music production, and mixing.

Steven Pardo, owner and operator, has been working in pro recording studios since he was 13 years old. He worked as an intern/assistant at Cove City Sound Studios between 2004-2008. Then went to University of Miami in 2009 to study Music Business, and worked extensively in the on-campus recording studio. During this time he earned credit as an assistant engineer on the Grammy-nominated project With Love by Jeremy Fox. After graduating UM in 2013, Steven worked with 14-time Grammy winner Ron Saint Germain on projects for singer-songwriter David Rothschild and rock band Madison Rising. In 2014 Steven founded 4D Audio Productions, and began producing and engineering on his own. He has since worked with Andrea Valentini (Blood Sweat & Tears), Mauricio Maestro (Boca Livre), Ryan Scott (Breastfist), Wondery Podcast Network, and more!
