Interview with NGUYEN BAO PHUC
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup includes a powerful DAW with industry-standard plugins, high-quality monitors for accurate sound, a versatile MIDI controller, and a selection of mics for recording. I also have traditional Vietnamese instruments on hand to add authentic sounds when needed. The setup is designed to deliver professional-quality production across multiple genres.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm inspired by artists like Timbaland for his innovative beats, Diplo for his genre-blending style, and Zhu for his atmospheric soundscapes. Their ability to push boundaries in music production drives me to bring unique and fresh elements into my own work.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mainly provide full production services, especially in R&B, Future Bass, and Chill Trap. This includes creating custom beats, adding Vietnamese instrumentals for a unique touch, and handling editing, mixing, and mastering to deliver a polished, professional track.
