Felipe Rafael Macena, known as Macena288, is a music producer, DJ, beatmaker, and cultural
entrepreneur from São Paulo, Brazil. With 13 years of experience as a DJ and 7 years as a
producer, he has created over 500 beats across funk, trap, boom bap, and R&B.;
He has collaborated with artists such as MC Luki, MC Leh, MC Bruno MS, Jovem Blues, and
Samantha Machado, reaching national recognition with the track 'Voz de um Querubim', featured
on MTV and Multishow. His career includes work with Xaolin Records (MC Hariel), GR6/4M, W&S;
Music (formerly Alerquim), and partnerships with E.M Publisher.
Beyond production, Macena is the founder of 288 Music, a collective created in São Paulo’s North
Side to empower independent artists and connect the underground with the mainstream. Within this
project, the União initiative was awarded the VAI 1 cultural grant in 2023 and 2024, promoting
networking, interviews, collaborations, and audiovisual productions.
Currently, Macena is expanding into the international digital market, offering services as a music
producer, DJ, and beatmaker on platforms such as SoundBetter, Fiverr, and Twine, bringing
Brazilian funk and urban music to a global audience. He is also developing projects in artificial
