I specialise in commercial quality production, song writing and video editing. Lets work!
I'm an artist myself, so there was a point in time were I struggled with studios, production quality and visuals for my songs which led me to starting my own production company and doing almost everything myself. From writing my own songs, recording myself to shooting and editing my own videos.

Interview with Papnossi
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Ï worked on a client's mixtape and I'm happy to say its one of my best projects that I've worked on because the client's super happy and satisfied with how the project came about, which is something he didn't really expect. I was the producer and mix and master engineer of the whole project.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: A client's Fourteen Track EP.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: No.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital because its much easier and convenient, I can take it with me everywhere I go.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Quality service, quality production, quality results.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I enjoy every minute of it because its something I'm passionate about. so it doesn't really feel like work to me.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How long will it take to get the project done and than my answer is that it depends on how big the project is and what's required of me.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Its easy because I tend to produce outstanding results in a short period of time.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: When its all said and done, what's your end goal?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Music production is an art, Video production is an art. So the more time we can take working on a project, the better the outcome.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: 1) Laptop 2) Micophone 3) Soundcard 4) Headsets 5) One Studio Monitor.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I was an average joe who only listened to House music back in High School and Four of my classmates were Hip Hop fans who aspired to be rappers. so they started recording and soon enough convinced to also start rapping so we can form a group. So I thought about it and that's when my musical journey began which was in 2011 up until now.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is poetic and commercial at the same time. I'm able to appeal to both underground and mainstream audience.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would to work with Kendrick Lamar because he's one of the artists who are open to creativity and who really care about their craft and the art of making rap music.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: We live in a time were artists want their songs to be as loud as possible, so I learned that you can master any song to be loud by lowering the volume of the bassline, especially 808s in trap beats because that's what causes the song to distort.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip Hop Music.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I can turn anybody into a rapper or full blown musician.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring the artist's vision to life. The exact way he/she imagined it while working on the lyrics.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start a beat from scratch, think of a hook while listening to it and than the verses follow once I got the hook. Than I record the whole song and than mix and master it afterwards.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My setup is a Laptop, A Sound card, Nova Black Condenser Microphone with a Sound Booth and Two Studio Monitors.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm in inspired by Dr Dre, the way he's able to understand every artist he works with and give him/her their own sound which always seems to work out well for the artist's career.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I record, Mix and Master and shoot videos for my clients.
