Interview with Vision

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I helped artist in creating an album that eventually got him signed to well known music label.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I'm always working, and this way I'm always ready!

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: I'm new to this platform, but I’ve been writing for years.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: I respect both, but I lean toward digital because of the flexibility and speed it offers. Digital makes it easier to experiment, revise, and adapt to different artists and beats on the spot.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: I’m creating songs with real potential tracks that stand out, connect, and could take off like Migos.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: This is naturally my passion so I enjoy it

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: They often ask me if I can work with them until they have their style down. I’m always willing to work closely with my clients because that’s how we build strong, long-term relationships

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: That everyone could do it

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: What’s the mood or vibe you want for this song? Do you have a beat or instrumental ready? Who is your target audience or who do you want to connect with? Do you want a full song, just verses, hooks, or something else?

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: My advice for anyone looking to hire a songwriter or ghostwriter is to be clear about your vision, and also communication is key.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: I write most songs in my head so I would probably bring a book, solar battery charger, my phone to listen to music, headphones and a lighter to create fire 🔥

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I've been writing for over 15 years

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: My style is versatile but always authentic.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: If I could work with a few artist of my choice i would work with Nas, jhene aiko, common, black thoughts, sade to name a few. I love artists have strong emotion or powerful messages in their music

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: let the beat guide you, trust your instincts, and create without limits. The best songs come when you stop forcing it and just feel it.

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: Hip hop, r&b, and trap

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: My strongest skill is the ability to hear a beat and instantly know how to approach it. Whether it needs a smooth flow, aggressive energy, or emotional depth, I can feel the direction right away. I let the beat speak, then build lyrics that elevate its mood and movement.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I bring creativity and life to a song

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: My typical work process starts with understanding the artist’s vision and the mood they want to create. I listen closely to the beat to feel its rhythm, energy, and vibe. From there, I brainstorm ideas and themes that match the track’s emotion.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: I spend most my time outside the country so now I mostly record on my phone and laptop. So I can save and store songs.

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: I'm not inspired by just one artist — I genuinely love all music. I find inspiration in songs that are emotionally captivating and unforgettable, no matter the genre or who made them. Some artists have a rare ability to create that kind of lasting feeling through their music — and I consider myself one of them. My goal is always to write lyrics that connect, resonate, and stay with the listener.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: The most common type of work I do for clients is custom songwriting and ghostwriting — mainly in rap, hip-hop, and R&B. Artists come to me with a concept, beat, or emotion they want to express, and I bring that vision to life through lyrics that are authentic, impactful, and unique to their sound. Whether it’s a full song, a strong hook, or just one powerful verse, I write with the intention of helping them stand out.

I have a second home in the countryside outside the country, which gives me the peace and focus to fully tap into my creativity. Being in that environment allows me to put my energy entirely into the music. I’m writing every day—and even when I’m not writing, I’m listening to instrumentals, building ideas, and staying inspired. Music isn’t just what I do, it’s the space I live in.
