I am a passionate lo-fi beatmaker who combines the vibrations of piano, electric guitars and bass guitars, creating relaxed, unique sounds perfect for you and your commercials and Instagram reels.I create loops, short tracks for your reels, and write full-fledged lo-fi beats with mixing and mastering.
Hi! I’m a lo-fi beatmaker, music producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Ukraine. I create warm, emotional, and chill lo-fi tracks that blend organic instruments with cozy textures and mellow vibes. I play piano, electric guitar, and bass guitar, which I often record live in my tracks to give them depth and a personal feel.
My music is inspired by everyday moods — from nostalgic and dreamy, to calming and introspective. I’m all about making music that tells a story without words. I handle the full process myself: writing, arranging, recording, sound design, mixing, and mastering.
I love mixing lo-fi aesthetics with real performance to keep things authentic.
If you’re looking for original music with soul, live instruments, and chill energy — I’d love to collaborate. Let’s create something beautiful together.

Interview with Kerenei
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have quite a lot of equipment in my studio for creating lo-fi music.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I’m proud of the project featured in my profile because I put a lot of effort into it — several piano parts, live guitar, and many hours dedicated to mixing, writing, and mastering.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Mixing my own tracks.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I was recommended by former SoundBetter workers, and I decided to join here to pursue my creativity.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog is old school and cool in its own way, while digital is more modern and also great in its own way. I use both and believe that both options are really awesome.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise that the work will be done according to their wishes, not my own, and that I will deliver everything on time.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I absolutely love my work — I’m passionate about it. Music means everything to me! But what I enjoy the most is writing music. I just get a thrill from creating a track from nothing.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: I’m not sure — although I’ve completed many orders outside of SoundBetter, I can’t say which question I get asked most often.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Probably many people think it’s easy, but if you look closer, it’s a difficult and very competitive genre. You need to work hard to become a professional, and in music, there’s always room to grow.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I ask clients to provide references or examples so I can meet their expectations as closely as possible.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I would advise being careful because there are different suppliers. You need to check well to get the best quality from the product.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Interesting question… I think I would take a laptop, guitar, headphones, audio interface, and a musician to make music together))
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I’ve been doing this for four years now and have worked with very good musicians who helped me grow and continue to support me.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would describe my style as simple background music or something for relaxation — my music is just chill.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would like to work with Mondo Loops because he is a very talented musician and lo-fi beatmaker. I try to emulate his sound and use his techniques.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Yes, I can. In music, the main thing is to first understand what emotion you want to convey with the song — what message you want to deliver.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on lo-fi hip hop, jazz hop, and chill beats.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skills are creating lo-fi beats and mixing and mastering them. I can also play electric guitar, bass guitar, and keyboards.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I put absolutely everything into a song — I create it from start to finish, especially focusing on the mood and emotion.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical working hours are flexible; I work from 4 PM to midnight local time but can adjust to the client’s needs.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I’m inspired by Purple Cat, Mondo Loops, Softy, and Chillmore. I try to emulate their style and recreate their sound.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I specialize in creating lo-fi beats, mixing, and mastering easygoing instrumental tracks. Additionally, I can work as a session electric guitarist or bassist.
