I've always been fascinated by taking the same words we all know, and putting them in a different order to say something new. I write lyrics that hit where it hurts. Or heals. I don’t play guitar. I don’t produce beats. But I’ve always been obsessed with the one instrument we all carry. Our words. "Wow someone finally said it" is what i go for.

I’ve lost friends and buried my brother. Faced the kind of grief that doesn’t clock out and the kind of silence that stays even after the room fills up. I’m a Christian, but I wrestle with my faith more than I’d like to admit. I’ve yelled at God. Sat in the dark. Gotten back up. All of that shows up in my writing. I don’t chase perfect. I chase truth. I’m drawn to the power of language. The way a few simple words, in the right order, can grab the individual. I write from my own depths, for people who feel too much and say too little. I’m not here to impress you. I’m here to connect.
