A: My strongest skill is probably understanding an artists perspective as I am also an artist therefore I understand what an artist might want or need in order to have a good track.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: As an engineer who has worked with multiple clients across multiple genres I feel as though I am not boxed in to a certain type of sound due to me having to mix multiple different styles of tracks.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process is to get the stems from the client. Also get a reference track off the artist in order to know how they want their song to sound. I will then use that to create a static mix and then add Eqs compression effects ect. Once I think the mix is good I will then check it on my headphones , studio monitors , iPhone and JBL speaker to make sure the mix sounds good across multiple devices.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have built my own home mixing studio which consists of gear including an an SSL uf8 and 1176 an LA2A and a pair of Adam audio T7V speakers with a pair of audio tenchnia M50x headphones to check mixes on multiple devices.
