Jennie is a New York City singer-songwriter whose music harkens back to another era with haunting, transcendent melodies and lyricism, blending floating folk with subtle pop. She has lent her voice and toplining talents to projects like Angwa and MOTI band. Recently she sang with MOTI at the Newport Jazz Festival and will be singing at the Montclair Jazz Festival. An artist herself, she recently released an EP recorded at Germano Studios the Hit Factory in NYC. Her songs are strongly rooted in folk but touch other genres of musical theater and jazz. As a singer she is versatile in folk, jazz, musical theatre, pop, and classical.
