I've been writing songs for over twenty years, first as part of an eccentric acoustic duo with my brother and then as a solo artist. I was always the "lyrics guy," coming up with more words than we had guitar chords for. I write songs peppered with literary references, pop culture connections, a swath of emotions, and tongue firmly planted in cheek.
