My name is Mason- I am a mixing engineer with 10 years of experience recording and mixing music. Most of my experience until now has been mixing mine and my friend's bands. In the process of recording/mixing my own music, I found a passion in engineering. I am working on building my portfolio, hence the modest rates. I specialize in rock/alternative music, but am totally open to working on anything with a "real band" kind of arrangement. I tend towards modern and tight sounding mixes, without going into over the top production. I tend to stray away from severe time alignment, tuning, sampling, and things like that- and reserve those things as gentle tools only to help polish a great recording. 2 revisions , per song. Additional revisions at $30/hr (1hr min). Turn around varies based on project complexity (avg. 1-3 days/song). Editing, tuning, and stems not included.
