My main thing is telling compelling stories to anything with a beat.
I learn songs very quickly, and as a singer I have many tonal palettes.
As an arranger, I work intensively to make sure that the songs identity is intact, and build until it's tasty.

Real life example:
When Norwegian soul artist Sofian required a musical director to arrange his songs and conduct a group of 8 male singers, I was responsible for making it happen. Taking his songs and adapting them for an a capella format, but keeping the groove alive still.

I record using UA Apollo X4 gen 2, and a suitable host of vintage and new microphones.
