Mature songwriter, with years of experience, and tens of views on Youtube. :)
I am mature, with many stories to tell, rich culture and vocabulary (both Romanian and English, sometimes in the same song).
I am focused mainly on 80s-90s , Pop Rock and Hip-Hop/Rap songs
All my songs come from real life experience, for example :
- love stories
- heart breaking sad stories
- funny stories
- painful failures
- friendship and betrayal
My songs are around 4 minute or longer with rich orchestration, even real instruments.
Never a 2-minute-808-drum-and-pad garbage.
I can deliver :
- original songs with original melody and origina lyrics.
- song mash-ups - a new song made up from pieces of famous songs glued together in a new key, beat, style
- song reworks - famous songs redone with better lyrics, a better voice , or in a new key, style
- high quality lyrics
Note : I can only deliver demo-quality production, not studio , radio-quality finished products.

Interview with Goldie Music
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: This song. It's a mash of several song parts, dedicated to children suffering because of war. Really good song. https://youtu.be/DyTe9z4aHfI
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am always working on some demo for my self of others.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: not yet
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, it's faster and easier.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise that I will like the song that I write. I never release / work on something I don't like.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The fact that my mind at the time gets saved somewhere, and I can listen to it 10 years from now. The fact that what I write resonates to millions of listeners : everyone got their heart broken of got broke because could not find a job.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: What artists did you write for : none, artists today aim for 2-minute trap beats, which I can't understand. Why are you not famous ? because people today listen to music I can't write.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That I make any money out of it. It's heart breaking, hard work, and NO MONEY.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What do you like to sing about and why.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be patient. Nothing good comes easy, all good things take some time.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: a solar panel, a laptop, a guitar, an Internet dish, and an external hard drive.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have started writing songs 20 years ago, when I wasn't even able to play any instrument. I could not afford a guitar , nor music lessons. But I could still write good lyrics, and my lyrics got better over time. Then I graduated college, got a job and could buy a cheap piano and a cheap guitar, and several piano lessons, enough to understand basic music theory. The I was able to record all of my ideas that I kept since 2001.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Old School. Slow and effective.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Bon Jovi. I would trade the rest of my useless life to work on a song with them for two weeks.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't overwork it. "Done" is better than "Perfect"
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, Pop Rock, Reggaeton, Hip-Hop, Rap.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Storytelling, text writing. I recently started using AI to help me along the way, since English is not my primary language.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Lifelong experience, a lot of exposure to good music, immortal songs from 79s, 80s, 90s
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I think about the story to tell, come up with smart ideas to talk about, rhyme them, come up with a good melory, come up with arranging the song, and record, then share it with all of my 56 subscribers.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have Adam Audio T7V, Cubase pro, Korg PA5x, Yamaha DGX 670, Fender Stratocaster, Intel I7 computer. I have access to latest technology available if needed.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Bon Jovi - it's not the best band, but it's the best for me. It's a model to follow for work ethic, good story telling, incredible music man ship, amazing live performances.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I can tell stories using music and clever words.
