At 19 years old, my family was displaced by a fire and living in a hotel. Over the next 6 months, I would find myself falling deeply in love with singing, going to my car every night and figuring out who I wanted become as an artist. 3 short years after I was on national TV - working with artists like Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Kenneth "Baby Face" Edmonds. For the past 6 years I have been lucky enough to make a living as a session vocalist, songwriter, and touring musician. Playing for crowds ranging from one to 20,000, I pride myself on delivering to the utmost of my ability no matter the job. My goal is to ensure you receive the best product you can by bringing an honest and vulnerable approach to your project.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: James Taylor or Ray Lamontagne. Hands down two of the best songwriters I have ever had the pleasure of listening to, and some of my biggest influences in music.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Everything from folk music to electronic. I have always prided myself on pushing my own comfort zone while still providing a quality product for customers.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Honesty and vulnerability. The greatest piece of advice I've ever been given was to be honest with my music. From the way that you sing to the songs you write. People are smarter than we think. If people don't mean what they sing, the songs will fall flat.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A unique take on songwriting and vocals that marry the sensible lyrical offerings of folk music and the ear catching melodies of pop.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Whenever work is sent to me I find a way to connect with it personally. No matter what the song is about, I believe as artists we always have a way to interpret it so that it means something to us. To ensure that I can provide raw, honest, and uncompromising work for the project, this has been my mindset ever since I started singing.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My musical tastes are always changing, but James Taylor and Joni Mitchell will always have a special place in my heart and inspire me to pick up a guitar and sing for the rest of my life. Throughout the past couple years I've found a new appreciation for producers like Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran) and their ability to toe the line of songwriter/pop production.

A: As a professional singer of 10 years, my work spreads throughout all categories of Entertainment. While collaborating with top tier talent in the music industry, such as Cee lo green and Baby face, I have provided quality work on session vocals, songwriting, and licensing agreements with quality in mind, but not forgetting the quick turnaround clients need.
