Deefy worked as a producer for artist LOT and for German ska-band Sondaschule in their top-10-albums "Schön kaputt" and "Schere, Stein, Papier".The projects Deefy worked on generated 10 million clicks on Spotify alone.
After his graduation from high school, he registered for Audio Engineering in Cologne to learn the high art of the trade. The DJs he met there exposed him to a new world: electronic music. A USB stick with Skrillex´ debut EP transformed his understanding for beats turning his world completely upside down. The dubstep revolution waked his passion for all imaginable electronic varieties. Now everything is possible: saw tooth-synthesizer, eternal effect chains, drops. Great emotions, digitally channeled – Deefy´s musical socialization in a nut shell, transferred into modern age.

In Soest he met the multi-platinum hit producer Michael Kersting (Sasha and Dick Brave), whose studio was occupied by newcomer LOT who was working on their first demos, and the punks from Sondaschule. In the studio, friendships were formed: Deefy became producer for Sondaschule and for LOT´s debut album "200 Tage". Additionally, he wrote his own songs as electro-producer, stepping into the spotlight as solo artist. His first single shows the whole range of the EDM lover: ‘Lights Go Out’ is a great Indie Pop ballad, heading towards a radio hit.
