Greetings. My name's Kris. I am a Mix Engineer - for Live or Studio. I'm good at all levels of production, from writing parts for/playing multiple instruments and vocals, to programming synths/beats/etc, tuning and timing vocals, and generally tightening up a whole production.

Started out playing as a drummer in bands at the age of 15. Since I have expanded my knowledge and skill set to become a well rounded session musician, producer, and engineer. My father was a musician and it has been the passion of my life. I am open minded and like to work on diverse projects.

I excel at highlighting the piano’s percussive potential along with beautiful tone: the instrument is really 88+ drums! Having studied under Sophia Rosoff (her pupils include Barry Harris, Brad Mehldau, Fred Hersch, etc.), Bruce Barth, and Barry Harris, I’ve played and recorded all over the world, solo to chamber ensemble to big band and orchestra.

I’ve been producing and writing music for almost 2 decades mainly w/ hip hop artists but I’m expendable into many genres including pop, r&b, rock and more. Production wise I’ve worked with artists such as Kool G Rap, Nature, Reks, Nottz, Max B and many more. As performer & writer I’ve been featured a song with Debbie Gibson.

Mezzo-soprano voice register. I have a wide variety of harmonic and vocal resources. From the age of 7 I participated in choirs and orchestras reading sheet music. I learned several instruments (sax, piano) at a music institute in the city of Necochea, and guitar as a self-taught person.
