My name is Cody Howes, I started mixing and mastering music in 2016 when my band Auras in Allies released our first self-produced full length album, which i mastered.
Music is soul and soul is life. I believe that how you do anything, is how you do everything. So I put my all into every project to make sure it is felt from production to the balance sonic frequencies on the final master.
I love listening to a mix that is exciting realistic. I do my absolute best to make a recording come to life and to make it as immersive and engaging of an experience.
I sing, topline, write lyrics, add harmonies. I can create solo cello melodies, arrange and layer to make it sound like a full string ensemble, whatever you need. I can improvise, play your ideas, and record from my home studio and send it back to you or your producer in a quick turn around time.

If what I do doesn't help to enhance the vision of what the artist intends, then I wouldn't call myself a producer. My mixes are highly technical as I like to use features like Automation and Parallel processing to really serve the song. Fundamental acoustic Psychology drives everything I do so it applies to every style/genre.
