I run Big Nice Studio, a full service recording studio focused on creating unique sounds and forming real and lasting relationships with artists. All the top end equipment and talent of a world-class facility without the corporate stuffiness attached. We're focused on remote production, mixing, mastering, and creative reamping.

I'm a mixing engineer operating from my studio in London, UK and have worked with Emeli Sandé, Lizzy McAlpine, David Ryan Harris, Daley and many more. I drive analogue gear using Pro Tools, mixing through a Midas mixing console, hardware compressors, reverbs, EQs, preamps and 1/2" analogue tape. I always strive for rich, carefully balanced sonics.

I deliver powerful drums and impactful Mixes, the very heart and soul of heavy genres. I aim to make musicians happy and able to show proudly their music to the whole world on years to come!

Hi! Welcome at my profile page. While you are reading this, I will probably be in my studio creating music. I mainly produce pop music for young artists. Developing a unique sound for every artist I work with, is one of my specialities. I am a trained listener and know well how to transform someone's idea into a great song!

I am a competent producer and enjoy mixing and mastering. I have a history working in professional studios mixing and mastering and have worked with many artists.

With many years of experience in many different parts of the music industry, I have refined a unique and set of skills as an artist and producer. From performing in jazz combos to composing for string quartets to producing electronic and pop music, all my experiences have collectively given me both the ears and the skills to make your music pop.

I‘m Philipp and I'm a musician, music producer and singer/songwriter from cologne! I feel most thrilled working on modern, analog, emotional music, collaborating with great vocalists or bands. In the end it’s all about the song, about the story it tells and the emotions it achieves to create.
