John Athayde is a musician, producer, and remixer based in Charlottesville, Virginia. After numerous years in the DC music scene with Honor By August (bass, keys, vocals), Juniper Lane (guitar, keys, vocals), and No Second Troy (bass), he moved to a farm and setup shop in the barn. He records and performs as Rotoscope and Boboroshi & Kynz

I write and sing in several languages with the piano being my main instrument. I lived and performed with Sofar Sounds in the Middle East and North Africa, Tunisia, Lebanon, but also went on stage in Munich Germany. Most of my songs are about Finding Love and Loving yourself.
