My name is Erik Sowers and I am a mixing and mastering engineer. I attended Berklee College of Music where I received a Masters Certificate in Music Production and Technology and I have over 15 years experience working with audio including recording, editing, mixing and mastering.
Here at Akkadian Studios, we strive to provide the best quality for your recordings at the best price. We specialise in metal genres, but are by no means limited to them. I'm a professional vocalist/songwriter, and I've been working as a singer/songwriter for 8+ yrs. I can deliver high-quality vocals for your demos (think Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga) as well as catchy Toplines and lyrics.
I am a Dublin based session drummer. I have played on 3 Grammy nominated albums & many more platinum selling, award winning albums. My main goal is to always play for your song.. musically, lyrically, stylistically, eclectically & dynamically. I started playing drums at a very young age, as my father is a professional trad jazz drummer.
