Tokikazu Uema owe's his hip-hop influenced sound to his experiences growing up in Koza, Okinawa, an area near many American military bases which populate Japan's southern most island prefecture.

I graduated from the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music in 2016, it’s in the top three of Russian higher musical education institutions. Nowadays I play jazz in various jazz venues in Russia, I’m a permanent resident of Kozlov Club, in 2019 it was voted the top jazz venue among 100 jazz clubs all over the world in the AllAboutJazz.com reader’s poll.
Rachel has toured the world performing jazz. She has been seen on the David Letterman show and featured at Grammys, major USC events and David Fosters Starry Night. Rachel has also shared the stage with greats such as Randy Newman, Mike Garson, Tierney Sutton, Peter Erskine , Big Bad Voo Doo Daddy, Chris Botti and Dave Koz.
