Oleg Maximov is a professional guitarist, arranger, transcription and notation specialist with a Bachelor of Music degree from Russia’s oldest jazz institution of higher learning – the Moscow State College of Jazz.

A passionate, visionary music producer with deep ideas and limitless creativity. Always with a strong focus on the moment however maintaining a futuristic vision towards the outcome of the music being produced.

I co-own a beautiful studio full of rare custom instruments and state of the art recording gear. I’d love to mix or play on as many great records as I can.

I graduated from the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music in 2016, it’s in the top three of Russian higher musical education institutions. Nowadays I play jazz in various jazz venues in Russia, I’m a permanent resident of Kozlov Club, in 2019 it was voted the top jazz venue among 100 jazz clubs all over the world in the AllAboutJazz.com reader’s poll.
