Monopattino Recording Studios is: Peppe De Angelis. Sound Engineer, graduate in the 1997 at SAE institute Milano. My 20 years experience credits include A-class recording studios,knowledge of large format Recording Consoles (vintage Cadac,Neve,SSL,Api), Analog multitrack machines(Studer,Otari,Mci), Microphone placement,DAWs,and Pro-Tools operator.
I specialize in Urban Music (Hip Hop, Trap, Reggaeton, etc.) Expert in making vocals stand out and cut through the mix and making cuts on beats to give different vibes to songs and structuring them in a way that keeps the listener interested and hype. I work mostly with Latin Urban artist but I can work in all types of music and languages.
I have been working as a musician in the recording industry since 1996. I started out in London, cutting my teeth as a guitarist in a band with a record deal with A&M records. I now live and work in Amsterdam as a songwriter and producer. I have a small project studio with a hybrid analogue/digital setup, and happily face to face or remotely.
I am a session drummer with over 30 years of performing and recording experience, including national and international touring, Broadway performances, specializing in Jazz, Latin, Bossa, Pop, Rock, Blues and everything in between.
