Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Currently running a Studio One Pro 3 rig 32gb of ram, 3.4 ghz processor, 10K + in plugins, Kemper Profiling Amp, Superior Drummer, Steven Slate Drums, Trillian bass samples, East West Complete Composers Collection, Presonus Sceptre 8 monitors, Roland TD-20, Presonus Studio 192 interface
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: If I were to use one word it would be energy. I love to bring an energy to every mix I work on. I try to make sure the energy is appropriate first and foremost, but that is one of my characteristics.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I typically start with a volume balance between tracks, then I will start with mixing the drums. I move to guitars, then bass, then vocals. I mix into a mastering setting for the most part in which I will tweak once the mix feels solid. I ask my clients to provide examples of productions they like in which I will try and get the song to conform best while retaining it's natural strengths, and uniqueness.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I typically work on Rock/Metal tracks. That is the scene I grew up in, and the style of music I am most passionate about.
