More focused on making interesting yet cohesive recordings than sterile, edited-to-perfection ones. I try to capture and emphasize the natural energy and mood of a performance during the recording process.
I do and have freelanced Chicago since 2013 at studios including Mystery Street, Atlas, Pallet Sound, CarterCo Recording, Million Yen and an awesome place out in rural Illinois called Space and Time.
I do post-production sound design, editing and mixing from the studio or from my home setup for projects including short films, commercials, web videos and demo reels.
