Electronic Producer

A creator of sounds, music, and emotional landscapes, Antoine Balaine is a French-Argentinian artist currently living in Los Angeles. A true parisian by birth, he graduated the prestigious Berklee College of music specializing in music production, composition and arrangement.

«The project comes first. It’s about being able to bring forth the best conditions for artists to create in, to push projects forward and support and foster a strong artistic vision in music.

I work on what the music conveys - as feeling and as subtext. The two don’t always go hand in hand and I want every soundscape I create to be custom-fitted to what the artist is trying to say, to fit her like a unique piece of garment. It’s the psychology behind the notes that drives it all. I do create within styles and genres, but successful songs are the ones that go beyond the style and are about who the artist is.

Past projects of mine have included music to picture, classical string-quartets, post-romantic orchestra, SFX creation, electronic music, pop songs, jazz arrangements, video game music, interactive sound implementation in virtual reality, and more.
