Easy to work with. He was very precise about what he wanted and a very talented producer as well. Will definitely want to work with him again!

Interview with BQ

  1. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  2. A: Honestly Michael Jackson, if he came back from the dead. But until that happens, I’m looking to work with the next great artist someone new, fearless, and hungry to make timeless music together.

  3. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  4. A: Don’t overproduce. If a song connects emotionally in a simple version, it will always shine more than one overloaded with sounds. Focus on energy and intention before layering.

  5. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  6. A: Pop, electronic, R&B, and world-influenced records especially tracks that live between cultures and genres.

  7. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  8. A: My ability to translate an artist’s emotion into a sound that feels both commercial and authentic. I know how to build production that stands out while still supporting the vocal and the message.

  9. Q: What's your typical work process?

  10. A: Every song starts with emotion. I like to connect with the artist first, understand their story and what they want to express. From there, I build the beat, melody, and topline around the feeling. Once we lock in the direction, I move into sound design, arrangement, and final mix/master for a release-ready track.

  11. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  12. A: I produce in Ableton Live through a UAD Apollo with a Telefunken ELA M 251 mic and a full Doepfer modular wall. The studio blends analog synths, vintage gear, and modern precision built for fast, inspired creativity.

  13. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  14. A: Max Martin, Skrillex, Timbaland, Fred again, Zedd

  15. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  16. A: I produce and co-write pop, electronic, and R&B songs from scratch or by elevating existing ideas into full radio-ready records. Most of my clients come to me for modern production, vocal production, and topline creation that feels global but still emotional and unique.

  17. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  18. A: I bring a unique blend of Middle Eastern sounds with a global pop touch, creating a fresh, engaging vibe that resonates deeply with listeners.
