yngshaq is a 17 yr old artist based out of Los Angeles, California. Originally from San Juan, PR, Shaq began music production his freshman year of HS, though he started producing hip-hop/trap beats, other genres he is familiar with include: reggaeton, pop, rnb/soul, house/techno, contemporary pop, and is interested is learning more. He dropped out of HS at age 16 when he was a senior to pursue his dream of a music career full time. Shortly after that he decided to make the move to Los Angeles from his parents’ home in Raleigh, North Carolina. yngshaq picked up recording engineering on his own and over time he learned how to mix vocals by recording his own songs in his room. He is also working on his songwriting craft and aspires to use his talents towards a recording artist career.
