Interview with Simone Guida
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been a music producer for 15 years. I started out as a producer for fun, and after some years, I started to release some songs. Then, I've start to make music for other djs/producers. Also, I've start to learn mixing and mastering (workshop with Luca Pretolesi). Now I have my personal project "Dualities" and I've collect 80+ Million streams on Spotify and release music with major label like Sony, Columbia.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analogue, even if today the differences with high quality digital plugins are almost zero.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Music-production. Mixing also!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I listen to the original work, preferably the demo file and begin to build from there. Each project is different but the flow for me is to lock myself in the studio and don't leave until I have an hit.

A: I need to know what goals and expectations you have. What is schedule and deadline for production. I will ask you about your musical background and your influences and if you have some records that you think are a good reference for me to listen.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Please contact me and lets talk about your goals and expectations. I am easygoing and down to earth person. I have very long experience working with artists and bands and I can usually very fast know if there is something I can help you with in your production.
