Recording & Mixing Engineer

My name is Nic and I've been working with music and sound for the last 15 years. I have worked professionally in Music, TV and Film sound for the last 10 years and can help bring your songs to life having worked with young and upcoming bands in and around London helping them carve out their sound and their pathway into the industry.

Having studied both a degree and a masters degree in Music, Music Technology and Audio Production, I know and understand the music, the structures, song composition, the cultural context in which you are creating the music as well as having the skills to really carve out a unique and interesting sound to a professional, broadcastable standard.

I look for the unique in music and with my skills as a sound designer I am able to help sonically enhance your tracks with interesting, sometimes analog, synths and samples that can help give you a distinctive tonality to the recordings if required. Alternatively, if you're really happy with your recordings and overall tone and just need it all to be brought together in the mix, I love nothing more than piecing together, musically, artistically and creatively, the pieces of the musical puzzle to get your songs sounding great.

I still play with my own band and will soon be releasing material, so I know what it's like as a touring musician and as being a part of a band. The dynamics of the band as well as the music are so important and I would like to help you achieve an excellent mix that is distinctly and undeniably, you.
