Xcluded

Music Producer, Remote M&M

Xcluded on SoundBetter

I specialize in that unique sound you want but aren’t bold enough to make it happen.

I play multiple instruments and use my abilities to produce music. I work heavily on vocals and could be the person you need behind the music. I can help ENHANCE the sound YOU want, and not ALTER the sound HAVE.
I have 5+ years of studio and live audio mixing and 3+ years of post-production editing and mixing.
I currently study at Grand Canyon University in order to obtain a Bachelors in Recording Arts

Interview with Xcluded

  1. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  2. A: Music production is by far my best skill. I’ve been playing guitar, bass, drums, and keys for a few years now at various lengths. I listen to different types of music to help a project in one genre be unique and turn a ear in front of the rest.

  3. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  4. A: I bring the juice. I have that minor melody that helps compliment the main melody, the effects that put your voice into shock, and the basics to make it that studio quality as well.

  5. Q: What's your typical work process?

  6. A: I typically get an idea of what the artist wants first and then I accomplish that first, then I will give suggestions based on the style to juice up the project to give it that unique flavor.

  7. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  8. A: I roll with a smaller scaled home studio. Diagonal-field monitors to really get the surround sound and make my mix as accurate as possible. I have regular keyboard as well as a midi dependent on the sound needed and I run it off of Logic, Reason, and Pro Tools.

  9. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  10. A: From the producer side, would be Zaytoven and Timbaland. They both provide different sounds at their arrival to the music industry and have proven themselves throughout the years as cornerstones in music production.

  11. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  12. A: I deal with the artist mostly from start to finish. If needed I create their music, then record them in-house, then I mix and master the vocals with multiple remixes in order to ensure the sound they want is the sound I provide.
