A: It all starts with spending time to internalize the song and having a conversation to understand the vision. Then I dive in and start to play, explore sounds and tones and textures before recording.

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my ability to communicate, collaborate, and to self-edit. Players love to play... oftentimes... too much. I know how to find the pocket and space and sit in it. And I'm equally cool with stepping out when a song needs to breathe.

A: I usually work on R&B / soul, acoustic / folk, singer-songwriter, and soulful house music - and yes, it's a unique range!

A: My project studio includes a Fender Rhodes / Vox amp, Nord Electro, Moog Sub37, Yamaha S90xs, Maschine MK2, Roli Seaboard, and a wide range of software synths and sample libraries. large suite of virtual instruments.

A: Most commonly, I collaborate on providing piano, rhodes, organs, and other tones / arrangements to compositions. When I'm not recording, I'm co-writing and producing.
