A: I get paid to work with musicians.

A: That it's simple.

A: What do you want out of this project? How are we going to make the best possible product?

A: Anyone who's making great music and loves what they do.

A: Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture

A: All my friends making their living with music. It's incredible.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: I am mainly a live sound engineer working for Blood Orange, Bob Moses, Shallou, and Mansionair. I am also a studio engineer working with bands such as Streetlight Manifesto and Agnostic Front.

A: Analog. Digital is still a long way away from being able to capture the full nuances of sound.

A: I promise that I will be the best in your budget range.

A: Be prepared.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: A boat and enough gas to leave.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: 16 years. Longer if you count the when I started fixing and building radios and amplifiers.

A: Sarcastically nice. I love to joke around and have a good time. Bust chops, but get work done.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: No. That's why you pay me.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Anything. I hate to get stuck working on the same genre repeatedly.

A: My attention to detail, ability to remain calm under high pressure, my high intelligence, and my problem solving skills

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I am very flexible. It all depends on the needs of the client.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: My setup is dependent on what your job requires. I can use anything from a laptop to a full on studio with console and tape machine.
