Looking to lift your track with a great groove? Let’s spend a few min via zoom or call getting the concept of what you want and then I will send you TWO solid takes to choose from including sample hits of each drum for mixing if needed. Getting great drum tones ensures a great "sounding" track.

I have been playing for over 30 years. During the course of my career, I have played on several Grammy winning projects. I have toured with very notable artists in various genres which has been extremely valuable for having an ability to adapt to various styles. Playing music is what I absolutely love doing, whether it’s experimental improvisational or supporting a great song/story. My focus will always be on what serves the song the best through your guidance and direction.

Marcus has provided tracks on three of my original tunes. He has great natural writing and playing ability and is more than willing to dig into any areas of the track that demand extra attention to detail.

Highly recommended and his drum sounds are amazing as well!

Fantastic. Working with such a professional is truly the way to go. It's like a really great wine. Once you've been down that road there's no turning back to the cheap stuff. It's the same when working with seasoned professionals such as Marcus. His mics, drum set up and, ability to stream and track (and engineer!) are all on the highest level. Do yourself a favor and save time and money by going with a pro that's gonna get right and deliver you excellently engineered files.

Marcus is a excellent drummer whose work on my project made my song come alive! Not only did Marcus provide a super-tight groove (with just the right amount of deliberate looseness here and there), he let me watch, listen, and provide my feedback on his recording session—via Zoom. It was awesome hearing my drum track take shape in real time. Marcus is professional, very detail-oriented, and a good communicator. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a skillful, versatile drummer.

Marcus provided an amazing track. His live session approach via zoom is superb. His ability to multitask feedback, suggestions, approaches and takes is really quite astounding. Marcus digests tune complexities quickly and does not allow anything to get on the way of progression towards completion and provision of the track.

Excellent player... Highly regarded and recommended!

Marcus is a great musician to work with. The communication was outstanding. He was well prepared and had the music down as if he had been performing the song for awhile. The tracks that I received from included additional takes as well as additional hits. I highly recommend him.

I've worked with Marcus so many times over the past 10 years I couldn't count them. His feel and groove is truly next level and his tones and attitude will take your music to the next level. There's a comfort when I'm working with Marcus that I rarely have with other drummers just in knowing the pocket will be so solid and so deep that I literally can turn my thinking brain off and just enjoy the music which is what you want in a drummer. Hire Marcus!
