My name’s Luca! I’m a singer/songwriter, I write lyrics, top-lines and record vocals over your productions. My goal is to turn your work into a hit! I have a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Popular Music and years of experience.

I’ve studied creators and songwriters like Kara DioGuardi, Ester Dean, Justin Tranter, Sia, Ross Golan, Lady Gaga, Ali Payami, Mark Ronson, Ryan Tedder, Louis Bell and, of course, Max Martin. I’m in love with how beautiful and impactful pop music can be.
I work best with every pop style (dance, trap, EDM, ballads) but I also have experience with rock music.
I write effective melodies, catchy hooks. I can improve your lyrics or write something entirely new putting your communicative purpose at the center of my work.

HOW IT WORKS
- Message me with your song attached (.mp3 or .wav) and at least one artist as reference
- Once the project is funded I start working right away
- I send you a draft for approval
- I finish everything after your approval
- Once the work is done I send you dry stems
- Turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days depending on my workload
- I usually don’t let people use my name as feature, but we can discuss it

Interview with Luca Farroni

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Catchiness. Especially in these last years I've been experimenting with hooks, almost like an obsession.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I like to add something potentially impactful to everything I do, whether it's a specific phrase in the lyrics or a dramatic leap.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: The people that hired me always had the music ready and they wanted me to add the melody and the words, so I am used to deep dive into their work in order to find the most coherent and effective solution.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work with Logic Pro X, a Focusrite Scarlett Solo and I record my vocals using a condenser microphone RODE NT1-A.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm in love with Max Martin and Lady Gaga. Max writes following a sort of mathematical approach while Lady Gaga approaches the songwriting in a more emotional way, even if there's still a lot of attention to those essential pop elements. I always try to incanalate both math and guts in what I do.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: They usually send me a track they made and sometimes they also tell me what title the song must have. I write the top-line following the musical style and then I work on the lyrics, exploring a variety of possibilities. When I know what the melodic direction is and what kind of message the words have to send, I look for the best combination of elements until I'm satisfied.
