Interview with Danny Lera
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: A project that I'm really proud of is Colorwheel by Can't See Color. I've always wanted to collaborate on music with others, and I was blessed enough to find amazing friends to do it with. With this project, we were able to tackle different styles of music from Pop to Rap to even Indie. I strongly believe that working with others on music greatly enhances the overall creative process and results in such great music.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm in the process of writing and producing more songs for myself and my band, with the plan of 2 EPs coming in the near future.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: For my solo music, I would say I'm more oriented with Lofi hip-hop (for the time being). With my band, I produce more indie pop-style of music
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I would say I'm best skilled at mixing. I'm able to mix vocals to be able to sit well in the mix as well as create dope effects as well.
