Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I Listen to the track on repeat while creating a template and setting up my routing, Speak with the artist and try to get the vision/ideas for the mix, get their references if any, sleep on it, mix with fresh ears, I dial in my sould pretty quickly and sometimes, I could make 3 mixes before sending in my first mix to the client, Working this way reduces a lot of back and forth and also builds confidence in client.
