Hi there!
My name is Micah Doern and I am a Producer / Engineer based in Toronto, ON.

I have spent a more than a year learning the industries best practices at the award winning Noble Street Studios in Toronto. During my time at Noble Street I worked closely with award winning producers such as Gavin Brown (Three Days Grace, Skillet, Metric) and Eric Ratz (Arkells, Big Wreck, Billy Talent). I also worked at the studio with clients such as XO, Atlantic Records, and Barenaked Ladies.

I am known for my world class editing and vocal tuning abilities as well as my relentless work ethic and I am always driven to get the best out of every project I work on.

Micah was an excellent mixing engineer and producer. He was very professional and easy to work with and helped me craft a new sound for my song while still tailoring it to the original vision I had for it before production. He sent me multiple mixes of my song throughout the process for me to listen to and critique so he could change it to exactly what I had in mind, and he always understood what I was going for in my comments. Micah was indispensable when you assisted for me at Noble Street Studios. His editing skills are amazing especially when it comes to drum timing/triggering and vocal timing/tuning. I always received flawlessly vocals that were in tune but didn’t sound tuned and never had the need for rework ( everything was perfect and meticulous checked when delivered)
