My name is Matias, you can call me Matt, I'm an Argentinian/Italian Musician, Audio Engineer and Producer based in London. I have worked with very well-known artists, producers and engineers from Argentina, Italy, Spain, USA and England. Every experience counts for me, specially when I get out of my confort zone. Music is my life and every oportunity that music gives me is something that I won't think twice.

  1. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  2. A: Music... It's always music.

  3. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: I have been studying(I keep doing it)guitar since I was 11. I have studied Audio Engineer and got into Music Production later on.

  7. Q: How would you describe your style?

  8. A: Strat Blues/Rock sound.

  9. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  10. A: Anyone that would allow me to grow and learn.

  11. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  12. A: What it needs. I always try to go as melodically as the songs is telling me where to go.

  13. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  14. A: Less is more. Also, don't look at the screen, just listen.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Rock - Blues - Pop

  18. A: Solos - Licks - Slide

  19. Q: What's your typical work process?

  20. A: The way I work is that I take a day to listen to the song. I prepared my session and microphones. Then I start recording the next day.

A: Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Rollings Stones, Queen, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Tom Petty, Ludovico Einaudi Buddy Guy, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robert Johnson, BB King, Albert King, Gary Moore, Howlin' Wolf Radiohead, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Foo Fighters, Muse, The Black Keys, Coldplay, Royal Blood, Tyler Bryant & the Shakedown.

  23. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  24. A: Every song that I either have to play or produce is a personal challenge, a new way to show that I do my best with every single note.
