For over 15 years, as a Los Angeles based touring and studio guitarist, Dave has appeared with Andra Day, Dua Lipa, Jessie J, Common, Sabrina Carpenter, Jesse McCartney, Jonathan Butler, Marie’ Digby, Lil Wayne, Taylor Hicks and Hilary Duff. He’s had the pleasure of multiple appearances on The Tonight Show, Austin City Limits, The Oscars, Dick Clarks New Years Rockin Eve, Ellen, Steven Colbert, the Today Show, MTV Music Awards and the White House.

As an arranger/producer Dave has been featured in Pixar's 'Cars 3', TV commercials for Hyatt, Genesis, Coca Cola and as a composer for the end title credits of Paramounts 'Ben Hur’. His self-published instructional book ’The Secret Guitar Method’ has been helping aspiring guitarists since 2005.

2009 to 2015 he performed at Sayers Club, Hollywood with Prince, Stevie Wonder, Macy Gray, Gavin Degraw and many others.

2020 Dave and Caleb Morris opened Sherman Oaks Sound catering to production, writing tracking and mixing. A custom built studio with state of the art reflective panels designed to enhance acoustics that have to be heard to be believed.
