Matilda har a wide range of sounds and genre experience from working as a professional vocalist, composer and artist. She has made sound effects for video games and worked with jazz, pop, swedish folkmusic, rock and extended voice tecnique.

Matilda Andersson (b.1990) is a vocalist, composer and engineer from Sweden. She is active with groups such as Fartyg 6 and Olimpias Orkan. But also perform with classical jazz ensembles and big bands such as West Coast Big band and with many free improvisation groups. She has a wide experience in choir and vocal ensemble in genres such as chamber music, classical, pop and jazz and done features on recordings.
She har guested pop and jazz artists such as Xenia Kriisin, Kristina Issa, Farvel and sung in sounds for experimental composers like Mariam Tally and Zürinie Gerena Barrena.
Matilda was also active in the pop scene for a long time with the large group Whirl Orchestra and folk rock band Tigerhorse.
As a vocal artist, she has a wide range of sounds in singing as well as in just sounds and effects. With these she contributed to sounds in video games made by Feather Fall among others.
As a composer and lyricist, she has written music for a great variation of ensembles and purposes; from chamber pop quintet to jazz sextet as well as backround music for short film.
