first work together is free for you! I will produce beats, synthwave, soundtracks and mix/master your projects. Unlimited revision. Its my guarantee for customers. Making you happy is my priority!

Hi, I'm Alexandre Denis also known as Shotgun Denis.

I'm a producer and beatmaker from Canada, Québec. I'm mainly focused in making synthwave and hip-hop electronic wacky beats. Im completely indy since 2017. I got no professional background in music beside few lessons in guitar and drums. I'm fairly confidant in my skills and my craft and I'm willing to do the work until my customers are fully satisfied at a price that is reasonable. Witch mean at a price you can afford. This is not my first job, I don't do it for the money. I do it for the music, for the talented people behind the music and the unheard of that deserves to live from this industry.

I'm thrill to make your projects happen!

Whats great with digital its less expensive, generally faster workflow and you can bring faster anywhere.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: Honest maybe, because everything I pull from my inner self is trown into those instrumentals that I made. They feel very personnal to me and im glad I finally found what I like to do!

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: Oh man theres so much artist I would like to work with. For the rappers I would really like to work with Bones, Aesop Rock, Prof, Grieves, Milo, RTJ, Jonwayne, Eminem, Devin the dude. In the synthwave genre there would be Gunship, Kavinski, Daniel Deluxe, Alex and Tokyo Rose. Those artist are just all inspiring to me for different reason. Beside I would appreciate to work for guys like Royal Blood, Mastodon, Chet faker, Megadeth, Wicca phase spring eternal, scattle If I can describe some few reason, here some exemple. I would like to work with Megadeth because there the one who made me like the music in the first place getting pumped before a hockey game when I was really young. Gunship its because these guys got a sense of composition about the 80s thats more than impressive. Prof it would be because he isnt affraid to make some rap that completely is own style just like how I do my beats. Chet faker really blown my mind in concert He was passing from the piano to the guitar to making beats on the scene this guy is incredibly talented and I would like to learn from him. Well to learn from all of them basically.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: If the kick and the bass fight each other, definitely your mix is gonna be shit!

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: I like dark synthwave, Synthwave, instrumental Hip-hop, I would really want to produce beats for rappers so it would give another dimension to what im doing but im working on that at the moment

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: perseverance! I work really hard and I dont give up. My skills by themselve are noting compare to the time I put in.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: My energy, my drive and my passion for the music

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: I sit on my costco chair and I use my gut. I always work by the way I feel at the moment. Sometimes I also work from an inspiration just like the synthwave hommage that I done for The horror movie The Fly.
