Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I enjoy working on various styles of music. I can learn so much from different people who all need different styles.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: I often hear the question if they are allowed to commercially use the products I deliver and my answer is YES.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I first ask them which style they are looking for and if they can provide one or more reference projects.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't always chase the highest price and the most professional studios. Most of the time the best creators are actually the ones with limited gear because they know how to make the most out of nothing.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Headphones, DAW, keyboard, mac book and microphone would be all I need.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been producing music for more than 6 years now. My career started by collaborating with Karencitta in 2018 and landing a Nr. 1 chart hit in her country. From this point I started working with several talented musicians and since 2019 I am professionally ghost-producing for DJs and musicians all around the world.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: It is hard to describe my whole style in a few sentences because I don't limit myself to certain styles and moods. Overall I have an uplifting vibe to all my songs and my biggest focus is always on the melody.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I personally think that I could learn a lot from Jonas Aden because he is a pro at working on unique sounds that no one has ever heard before.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: AlwayAlways start with a simple sound and melody that is the centre of your song. This will ensure that you don't lose sight of your original intention and get tangled up in different ideas.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on all kinds of EDM and electronic music but I am experienced with Rap / Trap music also. I can also work on Pop / Rock music or even provide classical recordings and productions for you!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is delivering clean mixdowns and creating great melodies. I am a 12 years classically trained cellist too so I can always provide real cello recordings.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I usually start completely from scratch. I begin with creating melodies and designing sounds and end up mixing and mastering the final product.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: The first step is to fully understand what the customer needs. You tell me exactly which style you need and include one or more reference project. As soon as I know what you need I can start working and I will send you updates every few days so I don't work into another direction.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup consists of a pair of Neumann KH120 studio monitors and Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO. For recording I use the Zoom F8 and a pair of Neumann KM184s. I use FL Studio 20 for producing and recording and for mixing and editing I mostly use iZotope Ozone 9 or a selection of WAVES plugins.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I was first inspired by musicians like Martin Garrix, Avicii and David Guetta but some influences for my electronic productions are Mike Williams, Brooks, Mesto, Nicky Romero, R3HAB, Topic, Felix Jaehn, KSHMR, Robin Schulz, Timmy Trumpet and many more.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I am most experienced in doing remixes for clients but I will obviously work on original productions too. I am skilled in most electronic music genres but if you are unsure if my skill matches your style just message me!
