Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I do music production for over 10 years now. I started with doing a lot of cover music. After that I had the chance to be part of a score for a german movie called "Mein Blind-Date mit dem Leben". Shortly after I startet working in a studiocomplex in Mainz, worked with countless artists, made several Albums and Singles. Now I´m signed to OUATIB (SonyATV).
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Go the extra mile! It´s worth it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, RnB, HipHop, Rap but my love is Scoring
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I would say playing the piano especially for pop records.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I´ll bring it to the next level according to the vocal sound so there are no wrong notes any more :-)
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I try to work as clean as possible. What I mean by that is to be precise about labeling your Tracks, making surgically cuts and fades to vocal phrases and preserve the overall feel of the performance.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I run a professional studio.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do a lot of songwriting while sessions in the studio. But after that comes the postproduction where Vocal-Editing is mainly my part.
