I am Jorge De Jesus Tejeda Valdez, I'm a Latin producer from the Dominican Republic, I have 7 years of experience in music and I come to the industry with some new rhythms and vibes for your musical career.

I have 10 years of musical training, starting with the piano until then I go to the area of ​​guitars and synthesizers. Music is my passion and I consider it a blessing to be able to live on it at this time.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I work on many projects but one of the projects I love is the song Camaleon by Ld, iI was the producer and the mix and mastering engineer, I put all my love into that song, and sounds incredible, I'm Proud of every sound of this production, I just love it.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I'm a music producer full-time!

  8. A: Both, Analog is king for analog stuff, and Digital is king for digital stuff, is that simple.

  10. A: that on every song I will give my 100% to make the best song I can give to them, If clients are going to damage the projection of the song by having certain types of ideas, I will tell them, since my goal will always be to deliver the best possible song for the client.

  14. A: Sometimes they ask me about not knowing what to do with his music, or they feel stuck. my answer is always, go take a nap, go out and have fun, music is fun, not stress.

  16. A: Sometimes some clients think that I'm a vocal tuner or vocal editor, when it's not, this is a completely different job of editing.

  22. A: My MacBook with Ableton Live, Studio One or Cubase, telecaster electric guitar, my Alesis V49 midi keyboard, my ssl+2, and my Slate digital micro. With That, I could make any music I want.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I have been doing this for 7 years, I started when I was 12 learning piano and guitar in the church, I fall in love with music when I discover artists like daft Punk, Tiesto, DeadMau5, Madeon, Calvin Harris, and Skrillex, I was sure that the thing I want to do for the living was music. I started with FL studio when I was 14 and then I learn and learn a lot with many people about music production, music composition, Mixing, and mastering. I just love the music!

  26. A: Energetic, emotional, and groovy.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: I would love to work with Justin Beiber, Bad Bunny, Kanye West, Skrillex, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, Don Omar, Ozuna, and Zedd, these artists are really great in his area and I think I can do something really cool with them, his crazy ideas on the music inspire me a lot.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: If you feel stuck, go to another completely different genre, and try to do something on that genre that you may don't hear too often, when you do that you will have new ideas to approach the song where you have been stuck.

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: I mostly do EDM and Latin pop music.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: My strongest skill is to know when the song is a really good song, with my experience making music and hearing music I develop an ear to know if that song has something that catches people's attention. Is more like an instinct, but is a difficult ability to develop on your musical taste. I also develop great arrangement and mixing and mastering skills, for my experience I can Mix a song very fast.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I like to bring movement and Colorful sounds to the songs. My style is very obvious in terms of I like to add my twist to what is popular on the radio.

  38. A: I usually start with the song idea, in this stage I usually talk with the client and ask for references to know what they want, also to know what inspires them and what they want to communicate with the song. Then I star with the melodic aspect of the song with my instrument and sound, when the vocals are ready I continue to the mix and master process and that's it!

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: My studio setup is very minimalist cause I like to make music anywhere I go, I love my Fender Telecaster electric guitar and my Jasmin Acoustic guitar to make my guitars groove on my songs, I also have a console 1 for my mixing sessions, a great piece of software and hardware for my mixing, and I love my Roland Cloud Bundle for my Synth and virtual instrument. Yeah, I'm a minimalist guy on my Gears!.

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: I love the music of daft Punk, Madeon, Capsule, Mondo Grosso, Porter Robinson, tiesto, J balvin, Bad Bunny, Maluma, Daddy Yankee, Kanye West, Drake, Etc... As you see I love many types of music but these names inspire me a lot to make music, I love his sound and inspires me in such a way that I became a full-time producer.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: What I usually do are complete productions and mixes and mastering. I'm usually doing a variety of genres, but what I do the most are EDM and Latin pop.
