Session Percussionist/Producer

You want unique percussion and sounds on your track? As a trained jazz-, pop- and classical percussionist I´ll spice up your music with what ever you need: Handpercussion, Smallpercussion or Mallets as Xylophone, Glockenspiel, Marimba, Vibraphone.

I am a percussionist playing jazz-, pop- and classical music. As a free-spirited musician, I
move happily between these diverse genres as a soloist, sideman, studio player and
composer. I have worked with renowned artists including Trilok Gurtu, Nils
Landgren, Nicola Conte, Maria João, Fünf Sterne Deluxe, Fiva and Peter Sadlo aswell as with the NDR Bigband, the HR Bigband, the Münchener Rundfunkorchester, and have played in the Residenztheater München and the Musical 'Lion King’ in Hamburg.
I am one of the creative forces and leading performers in the bands TOYTOY and
SLATEC.
Concert tours and studio productions have taken me to Kenia, Nepal, the USA, Russia,
China, Malta, Egypt und Oman.
I was awarded the 'Kulturkreis Gasteig Musikpreis' and the 'Krach and Getöse
Musikpreis’ and I held scholarships from the 'YEHUDI MENUHIN Live Music Now' Foudation and from the 'Oscar und Vera Ritter Stiftung‘.
Working from my studio in Munich or Hamburg, I can offer a wide range of percussion recordings including handpercussion (as Congas/Bongos/Djembes/Surdos/Waterdrums etc.), smallpercussion and soundeffects (as Shaker/Tambourines/Caxixis/Pods/Wood&Metal-Sounds etc.) and Mallets (Vibraphone/Marimbaphone/Xylophone/Glockenspiel/Steeldrum etc.).
