Multi-genre composer/arranger and trombone player with years of pro-experience in Canada and the USA.
Can arrange/record horn sections for any need, deliver complete music scores for dance choreographers, film/video directors, multi-media artists, figure skaters, equestrians. Classical/chamber music, jazz composing/arranging.
- Am currently commissioned to composer for classical guitar with string quartet.
- Just finished a live concert project of 15 original pieces for 4 horns (Trpt, 2 saxes, Trombone)
Past music scores include work for the US National Park Service, over 20 independent film directors, modern dance choreographers in New York and Washington, DC.
Live production music include hours of music for 'Dancing with Horses', Toronto CNE's 'HorsePower Live', and the 'Ice Theatre of NY'.
As trombonist, have performed with Calgary Philharmonic, Banff Center Opera, The O'Jays, backup band for Doc Severinson, subbing in the Count Basie Orchestra, pit orchestras for touring Broadway shows, jazz festivals with Bob Brookmeyer, Maria Schneider, and have played/arranged horn sections for numerous rock/pop/jazz bands in Canada and US.
