For the past 4 years, Mark has toured with the world with Grammy, Oscar, and Academy award winning artist AR Rahman as a part of the horn section in his live band. Through AR, Mark has garnered connections in the music industry both in the US and in India, working on film music, as well as popular Hollywood and Bollywood hits.

I make and horn arrangements everyday for clients all over the world.
The way I prefer to work is the following. I listen to the track that you want to work on and then we talk about a vision for the horn arrangement. Do you want 1 horn or an entire big band? Great. So you want a 5-horn section? Do you want the horns double tracked and panned in stereo? Do you want more of a live feel or completely on the grid?
Answering these questions will help us get closer to the sound that you want.
I personally play woodwinds and chose to hire the best touring/studio musicians from LA, NYC, Boston, and Nashville. While hiring a pre-assembled horn section can be ok sometimes, there is usually a member who doesn't play the parts clean. By hiring me, I guarantee to only hire musicians that are AAA -caliber musicians and if mobile recording, they know the insides of getting a good recorded sound.
