Unkut Music on SoundBetter

15 Years professionally writing music, mix Engineering, Sound Design & Synthesis for high profile UK record labels. Such as Fullcycle Records, V Recordings, Lobster Theremin and Hardcore Energy. Specialising in all Dance and Electronic music, from Ravey and bass orientated to Orchestral, Jazzy and melodic, includes song writing and vocalists.

I have been writing and producing music for 23 years, and releasing music professionally for 15 years, under several alias' that have all regularly had releases on current high profile record labels and labels of their time, and supported by some of the biggest DJ's and producers in the UK as well as the US, Europe and Australia.

This has seen numerous plays regularly on Radio 1, 1Xtra, Rinse FM etc through the years, as well as best selling artist for Fullcycle records on Beatport, and consistent Beatport top 100's, and vinyl releases.

In my service, I offer an industry standard, high quality engineered mix down, ready for mastering, the mixdown is probably the most important element of the creative process of music making, in regards to reaching a professional quality, and the hardest to achieve correctly, due to it's nature of balance, it takes many years of practice, and learning the correct tools to apply where and when, to achieve this, and a bad mix down equals a bad master.

I run a record label, which is hitting Beatport top 100's, and has remixers and original work from high profile artists scheduled for release, as well as up and coming artists I am helping to develop.

I also provide feedback free advice on how to improve at any skill or experience level, which in turn helps you grow, and improve as an artist.

Any questions, please message me, Danny.

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

Unkut: Seriously sorted my sounds for me. Top producer who not only fixed up, produced and mastered a couple of tracks and an EP for me, Unkut nas taken time out to show me how to up my skills in the studio. I love love love the oldskool sounds. Unkut has a natural hand at this and for me hits the nail on the head with all of his tunes. As I Grow my sounds and DJ sets Unkut is on my radar as part of the master plan. Top producer and someone I respect behind a set of decks. I manage multiple festivals across the uk and love it when Unkut raises the roof on a venue with his tunes. Mr Grow

Interview with Unkut Music

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: The example track in my profile (Atom K) this was very complex piece of music to write, both musically and Engineering wise, it consisted of 96 channels, and i had to split ther project in to three (drums, orchestral, instruments and bass) and mix it in these parts before mixing them together, as well as this, the track is full of highly melodic music, from orchestral to hip hop to jazz and jungle - also played all the instruments and programmed the drums - everything was done by me.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I am constantly working, I have regular record labels (Vinyl) i engineer for, as well as producers over in the states, alongside my own music productions (I have released three ep's this year already, on V recordings, Hardcore Energy, and Lobster theremin on vinyl) with another EP forthcoming for V, as well as two singles for my label and a remix from a well known brazilian DnB producer.
